Discover Your Authentic Self
Compassionate, relational therapy for young adults seeking deeper healing and genuine connection.

Meet the Founder
Hi there! I'm Emily (she/her), a relatable and authentic mental health professional dedicated to helping young adults reconnect with their true selves.
Pennsylvania & Massachusetts Therapist In-Person in Beverly, MA
I believe therapy is about more than just finding solutions—it's about building a deep, meaningful relationship that allows us to explore and heal the root causes of your struggles. My approach is attachment and relational-based, focused on creating a nurturing and healing relationship between you and I, so that you can grow your relationship with yourself and those around you.
I hold Masters degrees from the University of Pennsylvania's Counseling and Mental Health program and have extensive experience in various mental health settings, including community mental health, intensive outpatient care, and private practice. I'm a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Massachusetts and a Licensed Professional Counselor in Pennsylvania.
I am a full human both in and out of session: I have a love for coffee, yoga, travel, and connecting with new people. I welcome my full self into our sessions, combining professionalism with a genuine, approachable style to foster authentic connections. I can’t wait to learn more about you, and introduce you to my team as you see fit!

Meet Bianca, M.S.Ed
Pennsylvania Therapist In-Person in Paoli, PA
Hi! I'm Bianca (she/her)! I am so glad you are here.
First and foremost, I am a relational therapist that believes strongly in the healing power of the therapeutic relationship. I focus on creating an empowering, safe, compassionate connection between you and I. You are the expert of your own life story, so I use a person-centered approach tailored to each unique client. I believe that therapy can be SO much more than just “finding solutions,” which is why I also love integrating IFS, parts work, mindfulness, DBT, ACT, and psychodynamic therapy to help you heal in a deep, transformational way.
I love leaning into the human and relational elements of therapy: I bring my full self and personality to sessions. We aren’t blank slates over here at ASTC! Outside of my passion for being a therapist, I adore my two Siamese cats, love to explore nature, attend concerts, and travel. I am thrilled to be a part of your healing journey!!
Bianca has availability in her Young Adult Women’s Empowerment Group! Reach out to learn more.
Bianca’s fee ranges between $125- $150/session. She has sliding scale options available.

Our Team
Meet Mikki, LICSW
Massachusetts Therapist
Hello! I’m Mikki (she/her).
I see therapy as a collaborative journey where our goal is to develop deeper understanding into your thoughts, feelings, and experiences. Early adulthood can be a super challenging time, and my intention is to help you navigate the complexities with more self-awareness, compassion, and ease.
I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) with twenty years of experience in both clinical and nonprofit settings. I hold a Master’s degree in Social Work from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Women’s/Gender Studies from Skidmore College.
I show up authentically for my clients, and bring a feminist, LGBTQ-inclusive, mindfulness-based, and Internal Family Systems-informed approach. I am a certified Kripalu Yoga Teacher with extensive training and experience in mindfulness meditation, so I love incorporating body-based and somatic approaches into our healing work.
When I’m not seeing clients, you can find me playing with my kids and dog, practicing yoga and meditation, cooking, reading, going on hikes, dancing, and working for an educational nonprofit that focuses on Jewish women’s history. I would be honored to be a part of your journey!
Mikki’s fee is $175/session
