⁕ Attachment and Relational-Based Therapy

We believe that therapy can be so much more than just “problem solving” and “intellectualizing.” Together, we co-create a healing relationship that supports you in working through attachment wounds.

We believe that many of our struggles stem from early relationships and the ways in which we learned to connect—or disconnect—from our own needs. Our approach involves exploring these patterns with compassion, helping you understand how past experiences influence your current behaviors and relationships. Together, we will work to heal these wounds, allowing you to develop healthier, more fulfilling connections with yourself and others.

⁕ Internal Family Systems (IFS)

We are trained in Internal Family Systems (IFS), a powerful therapeutic model that acknowledges the complexity of the human experience. We are all made up on complex parts, that develop as a response to our experiences. In our work together, we will identify and connect with these parts, bringing compassion and understanding to each one. IFS allows us to heal from the inside out, fostering a sense of inner harmony and self-compassion.
